Site Manager

Job Descriptions:

1. Ensuring all construction activities and processes is carried out according to design, budget and time schedule.
2. Supervise and coordinate site works done by contractor.
3. Ensuring quality and safety standards are carried out in accordance to the prevailing regulations and specifications.
4. Routinely provide progress reports to the Project manager.
5. Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve site problem and issues.

Requirements:

1. Maximum age of 35 years.
2. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university is required with minimum grade IP 3.00.
3. 5 Years experience as site supervision.
4. Experience in construction supervision of industrial building, mall, hotel and apartment is an advantage.
5. Highly motivated and possess great leadership qualities, integrity and cooperation.
6. Willing to be assigned anywhere within Indonesia.
7. Able to work as an individual and team.
8. Able to actively communicate in English.

 

Structural Engineer

Job Descriptions:

1. Civil and structural design with emphasis on advanced steel design.  
2. Develop structural calculation and technical report
3. Conduct technical and feasibility studies with regards to structural design
4. Ensure design compliance in accordance to national standard.
5. Coordinate with fellow engineer, architect, quantity surveyor and construction management in resolving site issues.

Requirements:

1. Maximum age of 35 years.
2. Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university is required with minimum grade IP 3.00.
3. 5 Years experience as structural steel engineer.
4. Proficient in the following software:  ETABS, STAADpro, Structural design software, Revit, AutoCad and Tekla.
5. Disciplined, highly motivated, possess great leadership qualities, integrity and cooperation.
6. Experience in design consultant or steel construction is an advantage.
7. Able to work overtime.
8. Able to work as an individual and team.
9. Able to read and write in English.
